Running a Daily Statement report |

Once you have selected the accounts to appear in your report, the Daily
Statement-New Report page allows you to run, save, or edit the report.

| You can run an ad hoc report without
saving the report for future use. |
To generate a report
- Select a date from the drop-down list.
The list includes all business days within the last 92 calendar days

Select a report type: Summary Report, Detail Report, or No Chk Report.

| The No Chk Report option shows detail
transactions for all BAI codes except for BAI 475, check debit. A summary
level item, BAI 470, shows total of all checks paid. |
- Select a format: Document (PDF), Document w/pg break
(PDF), Browser (HTML), or Spreadsheet (XLS).

Optionally, select Display Short Description for Detail Wires.

| This option is only valid for detail
reports (does not apply to multibank accounts) and displays a two line
description in place of the long description for wires. |

Click Run.
The report appears in the selected format.

| If you have not already saved this
report, you will receive a message asking if you want to run the report
without saving changes. Click OK if you want to generate the report without
saving the report. If you want to save the report, click Cancel, then
click Save. |
To save the report
- Click Save.

Enter the new report name.
| Note: |
| The report name can be up to 35 characters
and include letters, numbers, spaces, and special characters. |

Click OK.
The new report name appears at the top of the page.

| You can click cancel to not save
this report. |
To edit the report
- Click Edit.
The Daily Statement-Select Accounts page appears
for you to add, delete, or reorder accounts.
To return to the Daily Statement-Reports page
- Click Report List at the top of the page.
The Daily Statement-Reports page appears.
