Daily Statement report

The Daily Statement report displays summary or detailed account information for BAI data categories for a prior business day. You can customize the report by selecting the accounts to include.

When you generate a Daily Statement report, you can choose to display only summary information, detailed information with check detail, or detailed information without check detail.

To generate a saved report

  1. Select a date from the drop-down list.
    The list includes all business days within the last 92 calendar days.
  2. Select a report type: Summary Report, Detail Report, or No Chk Report.
    Note:
    The No Chk Report option shows detail transactions for all BAI codes except for BAI 475, check debit. A summary level item, BAI 470, shows total of all checks paid.
  3. Select a format: Document (PDF), Document w/pg break (PDF), Browser (HTML), or Spreadsheet (XLS).
  4. Optionally, select Display Short Description for Detail Wires.
    Note:
    This option is only valid for detail reports (does not apply to multibank accounts) and displays a two line description in place of the long description for wires.
  5. In the Report Name list, click Run next to the report name you wish to generate.
    The report appears in the selected format.
    Note:
    If no reports are listed, you must create a new custom report.

To generate an ad hoc report

  1. To generate an ad hoc report by editing an existing custom report, click Select next to a report name.
    OR
    To generate a new ad hoc report, click New.

To view accounts for a report

  1. Click Select next to the report name. The Daily Statement (report name) page appears.

To create a new report

  1. Click New. The Daily Statement-Select Accounts page appears.

To delete a report

  1. Click Delete next to the report name.
  2. Click OK on the confirmation message.
