Viewing reports |
When you generate a report, you can choose one of the following output types:
| Output Type | Results |
| Document (pdf) or Document w/Page Break (pdf) | Displays the report in another browser window using Adobe® Acrobat® Reader. You can use the Acrobat Reader options to print a report, save it as a file, navigate within the pages of a report, or search for text within the report. For more information, see the Acrobat Reader Guide (accessible from the Help menu within Acrobat Reader). |
| Browser (html) | Allows you to generate a report if you do not have Adobe® Acrobat® Reader. You can print this report in the HTML format. |
| Spreadsheet (xls) | Allows you to view a report in a spreadsheet application, such as Microsoft® Excel. You can use the spreadsheet options to print, save, or further analyze the data. |
Each report format includes a menu bar at the top of the window that allows you to print, save as, close, etc.
To view a PDF report

| If you choose to Save this file to disk (to open in your spreadsheet application), you must use the options in your spreadsheet application to print, save and close. |

| If you are using Netscape, the Microsoft® Excel application starts and displays the spreadsheet. If you are using Internet Explorer, the spreadsheet displays in your browser. |
