Changing or deleting custom reports

You can make changes to or delete existing custom reports. You can also make changes to a custom report and save it using another name. A custom report specifies which accounts, product categories, BAI codes, and other information to include in the report.

Note:

When you edit a custom report, you can only select from accounts that you have access to. If a custom report specifies all accounts, anyone who generates the report will only see information for the accounts that they can access.

To edit a custom report

On the Treasury Passport menu, under Information Reporting

  1. Select the Type of Report
  2. Click Select next to the report name you want to edit
  3. Click Edit
  4. Modify the Custom Report
  5. Click OK
  6. Click Save
  7. Click OK, to save the report using the same name

    OR

    Enter a New Report Name, then click OK

To delete a custom report

  1. On the Treasury Passport menu, under Information Reporting, select the type of report
  2. Click Delete next to the report name
  3. Click OK on the confirmation message
