Generating reports

Information Reporting allows you to quickly select and generate a report. You can generate a saved custom report or you can create an ad hoc report by selecting information you want to include in the report.

To generate a saved custom report

  1. On the Treasury Passport menu, under Information Reporting, select the type of report you want to view.
  2. Select the date, format, and any other filters.
    Note:
    For specific information about available filters for each report, see the help topic for each report in the Related Topics list below.
  3. Click Run next to the report name.
    The report appears in a new browser window in the selected format.

To generate an ad hoc report

  1. On the Treasury Passport menu, under Information Reporting, select the type of report you want to view.
  2. To generate an ad hoc report by editing an existing custom report, click Select next to the report name, then click Edit.
    OR
    To generate a new ad hoc report, click New.
  3. Select a report date, format, and any other filters.
    Note:

  4. Select the accounts and other information to include in the report.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click Run.
    A message appears confirming that you want to continue without saving the report.
  7. To generate the ad hoc report without saving, click OK.
    OR
    To save the report for reuse, click Cancel on the message, then enter a report name, and click Save. Click Run to view the report.
    Notes:
    • The report name can be up to 35 characters and include letters, numbers, spaces, and special characters.
    • When you save a new custom report by editing an existing one, the original custom report is not affected.
