When approving or rejecting profile changes you can select to view additional information about a specific application. The Application Detail page provides information about a profile and application, such as profile name, application name, accounts and groups that are pending, etc. On this page you can approve or reject the application.

Before You Begin:

On the Treasury Passport menu, under User Administration, select Pending Approval. The Approval List page appears. Under Profile Changes, click Detail. The Application Detail page appears.

To approve or reject the application:

1. Click Approve.
   OR
   Click Reject.
   The Approval List page reappears with the item removed.
   

   Note:

   Click Cancel to not approve or reject the application and return to the Approval List page.

To return to the Approval List page:

1. Click Pending Approvals at the top of the page.
