Viewing the profile list

The Profile List page displays the profiles created for your organization. For each profile, you can view the applications defined, as well as the number of members assigned to the profile.

Note:
If secondary approval is required, a red asterisk appears next to an application name or members' number.

From this page, you can:

Before You Begin:
  1. On the Treasury Passport menu, under User Administration, select Profiles.
    The Profile List page appears.

To create a new profile:

  1. Click Create New Profile.
    The Create Profile Wizard page appears. For more information, see Entering characteristics for a profile.

To view profile detail:

  1. Under Name, click a linked profile name.
    The Profiles Management page appears. For more information, see Managing your profiles.

To view member detail:

  1. Under Members, click a linked number.
    The Profiles Membership page appears. For more information, see Viewing members of a profile.
