The Profiles Management page displays high level information about a profile, such as profile characteristics, applications, number of accounts assigned to an application, groups assigned to an application, etc.
From this page, you can:
- Edit characteristics
- Add applications
- Edit existing applications
- Delete applications
- View profile membership
- Delete a profile
Before You Begin: |
- On the Treasury Passport menu, under User Administration, select Profiles.
The Profile List page appears.
- Under Name, click a linked profile name.
The Profiles Management page appears.

To edit profile characteristics:
- Click Edit next to Characteristics.
The Edit Characteristics page appears. For more information, see Editing profile characteristics.
To add applications to this profile:
- From the drop-down list, select an application.
- Click Add.
The Application Setup page appears. For more information, see Setting up applications.
To edit existing applications:
- Click Edit next to an application.
The Application Setup page appears. For more information, see Setting up applications.
To delete an application:
- Click Delete next to an application.
- Click OK on the confirmation message.
To view profile membership:
- Click Profile Membership in the upper right corner of the page.
The Profiles Membership page appears. For more information, see Viewing members of a profile.
To delete a profile:
- Click Delete at the bottom of the page.

You must remove any members from the profile prior to deleting the profile. To remove members, Click Profile Membership, unselect the members, then click Save. Click Profile Management to return to this page. |
- Click OK on the confirmation message.
To return to the Profile List page:
- Click Profile List at the top of the page.
