Viewing members of a profile

The Profiles Membership page displays membership information for a profile, including organization name, profile name, admin profile name, and a list of members.

Before You Begin:
  1. On the Treasury Passport menu, under User Administration, select Profiles.
    The Profile List page appears.
  2. Under Members, click a linked number.
    OR
    Click a linked profile name. The Profiles Management page appears. Click Profile Membership in the upper right corner of the page.
    The Profiles Membership page appears.

To add and remove members from a profile:

  1. Click the check box next to a members name to either select or unselect that member from the profile.
  2. Click Save.
    A message that profile memberships have been saved appears.

To sort the list of users by Member ID:

  1. Click to sort by ascending order.
    OR
    Click to sort by descending order.

To sort the list of users by Name:

  1. Click to sort by ascending order.
    OR
    Click to sort by descending order.

To view user membership information:

  1. Under Member ID, click a linked ID.
    The User Membership page appears. For more information, see Viewing user membership.

To view profile management information:

  1. Click Profile Management in the upper right corner of the page.
    The Profiles Management page appears. For more information, see Managing your profiles.

To return to the Profile List page:

  1. Click Profile List at the top of the page.
    The Profile List page appears. For more information, see Viewing the profile list.
    Note:
    If you got to this page by clicking the Profile Membership link on the Profile Management page, then the Profile Management link appears at the top of the page in place of the Profile List.
