Viewing user membership

The User Membership page displays a user's membership information, such as organization name, user name, and the profiles of which the user is a member.

On this page, you can:

Add and remove the user from a profile

From this page, you can:

View profile membership information

Before You Begin:

On the Treasury Passport menu, under User Administration, select Users.
The User List page appears.

Under Profile Membership, click a link.
The User Membership page appears.

Note: Only users who are not Security Administrators have a linked membership.

OR
On the Treasury Passport menu, under User Administration, select Profiles.
The Profile List page appears.
Under Members, click a linked number.
The Profiles Membership page appears.
Under Member ID, click a linked ID.
The User Membership page appears.

To add or remove the user from a profile:

Click the Member check box next to a profile to either select or unselect that profile.
Click Save.
A message that user memberships have been saved appears.

Note:

If any memberships require secondary approval, Pending appears in red in the Members column.

To view profile membership information:

Under Profile, click a linked profile name.
The Profiles Membership page appears. For more information, see Viewing members of a profile.

To return to the User List page:

Click User List at the top of the page.
The User List page appears. For more information, see Viewing a list of all users.

This link only appears if you have gotten to this page by clicking a Profile Membership link on the User List page.

To return to the Profiles Membership page:

Click Profile Membership at the top of the page.
The Profiles Membership page appears. For more information, see Viewing members of a profile.
