Transfer Status

This page lists transfers you have initiated in Private Passport within the last 18 months.

A transfer may have one of the following statuses. The status message may provide more explanation, for example, that a transfer failed due to insufficient funds.

Tip Several types of alerts are available to keep you informed about the status of your transfers. You can choose to receive alerts in your Alerts Inbox or at one or more of your own e-mail addresses. For more information, see My Alerts.

To display transfers and status:

  1. To find a specific transfer by reference number, enter a reference number, then click OK. Transfers that meet your criteria appear below the selection box.
  2. To filter the list of transfers, do any of the following, and then click OK. Transfers that meet your criteria appear below the selection box. The list of transfers that meet your criteria display.
