History - Transactions
The History - Transactions page lists posted transactions
for a selected account, for a consolidation
of accounts, or for all of your accounts. Transaction information is current
as of the close of the previous business
day. 18 months of transaction history is available online.

- As of 08/20/05 any Passportfolio® history that
was archived prior to this date will be cleared and begin rebuilding on
08/21/05. Any questions regarding this, please contact the Private Passport
Help Center at (888) 635-5350.

directly within Microsoft® Money, Quicken®, or QuickBooks.
You can download your account history for Passportfolio® accounts to Exel
or in CSV. format. |
To filter
and/or sort transactions:
By default, the last 30 days of transactions are displayed
for the selected account(s). You can select any date range within the
maximum
history available, up to 18 months. You can also filter the list of
transactions by account, amount, check number, time period, or type.

Available
Passportfolio history is pulled directly from your provider. If you have
any questions regarding the transaction history for Passportfolio accounts,
please contact your service provider directly. |
- To find specific transactions, do any of the following:
- To change the date range for
which to display transactions, you can select or enter a time period.
To view all transaction, select All Transactions
- To display only transactions of a specific type,
select the type of transaction from the Type dropdown menu. To view all
transaction types, leave All selected.
- To display transactions of a specific amount;
select Equal to, Less than, Greater than, or Between; then enter a dollar
amount. Enter dollars, or dollars and cents using the format 0 or 0.00.
To view transactions of any amount, leave All selected. Note:
Passportfolio accounts can only be filtered by credit or debit.
- To display transactions of a specific check number;
select Equal to, Less than, Greater than, or Between; then enter a check
number. To view transactions of any check, leave All selected.
- Click Display.
The page refreshes to display transactions that meet your selection
criteria. Initially, transactions are sorted by date with the most recent
transactions first.
- To sort the list of transactions displayed, use the
sort icons
next to a column title to sort by that column.
- Click the top sort icon
to sort a column in alphabetical (A
to Z) or numerical order (lowest to highest number).
- Click the bottom icon
to sort a column in reverse alphabetical
(Z to A) or reverse numerical order (highest to lowest number).
The page refreshes using the sort order you selected. The top or
bottom sort icon for a column is darkened to indicate the current sort
order.

The
dates displayed for the beginning and ending balances may differ from
the dates you selected to filter the report. This could occur because
the beginning and ending balance dates reflect the business days on which activity
first and last posted within the selected time period. |
To download
transactions to a spreadsheet:
You can download the transactions displayed on the History
page, including Passportfolio® history, to a comma-separated
value (CSV) file which can be opened in a spreadsheet application.
Only the transactions listed on the page are downloaded.
- Click Download.

Your browser may prompt you to open or save the file. Make your selection,
then click OK.
- If you choose to open the file,
it will open in your spreadsheet application.
- If you choose to save the file to disk, select
a location on your computer, change the file name if you like, then click
Save. The file ends in a .csv extension.
You can open this file from your spreadsheet application. For more information,

To select
different account(s):
- Select another account from the Accounts
drop-down menu.
OR
Select All (the first option in the Accounts dropdown menu) to view
History for all of your accounts together.
OR
Select the ALL option for the type of account, such as Banking (ALL),
to view History for all accounts of that type together.
OR
Select an account consolidation
you have created.
- If it is not already selected, select the History
page you want from the Go To drop-down menu.
- Click Go.
To go to other
reports for the same account:
- Select another report from the Go To drop-down
menu, then click Go.
To view
check / deposit ticket images
The check / deposit ticket image enables you to view the front and back
of cleared items. The following images are available to view online:
- Banking Checks
- Banking Deposit Ticket (deposit items will not be
available)
- Bill Payment Draft Checks

Northern Funds Liquidation checks (for Northern Funds Liquidations,
select Liquidation in the Type dropdown)

Equity
Credit Line of checks are not available to view. |

Click View Image link next to the check / deposit you want to view
Note: For items that images are not
available at all in the national image archive, a view image link will
not appear.

For available check / deposit slips, the Check / Deposit Image
window appears.
- Click Front/Back Image,
to view the front and back of the image.
- Click Front Image, to view
only the front of the image.
- Click Back Image, to view
only the back of the image.
- Click Zoom In, to make the
image larger.
- Click Zoom Out, to make
the image smaller.
- Click Reset Image, to return
the image to normal size.
- Close the Check / Deposit Image window to
return to the History - Transaction screen.

For unavailable check / deposit slips, the Request Check Copy window
appears
Note: A complete 18 month history of check
and deposit ticket images will be available nationwide 04/28/07.
To get to the
History - Transactions page:
- On the Financial
Summary page, select History from the Go To drop-down menu for an
account.
- Under Banking in the top menu, select History.
- Under Investments in the top menu, select Trust &
Investments or Northern Funds, then select History.
- From a Profile
or Assets page,
select Profile from the Go To dropdown menu.
- Select History from your shortcuts
in the left frame.
- Under Passportfolio® in the top menu, under Financial
Summary, select Hisotry.
