How do I access my account information in Quicken or Money?

You can access select account information directly through Quicken® or Microsoft® Money. The most recent two versions of Quicken and Money are supported.

Simply open Quicken or Money as usual, and set up online services, selecting Northern Trust as the financial institution. When prompted, enter your Private Passport ID and password.

You can access the following types of Northern Trust accounts within Quicken or Microsoft Money:

Northern Trust - Banking

  • All checking account types (except Trust Check Writing)
  • All savings account types (except CDs)
  • Money Market deposit accounts

Northern Trust - Investments

  • Northern Funds accounts
  • Northern Trust Securities, Inc. accounts (Quicken only)
  • Trust Accounts
  • Investment Management Accounts
