Passport folio®

Private Passport's Passportfolio® provides the convenience of accessing all of your accounts in one place. Within Private Passport, you can view information for accounts you hold at other institutions together with your Northern Trust account information. For a quick introduction to Passportfolio®, see the Private Passport Getting Started guide, Add Other Financial Accounts and Personal Assets.

How does Passportfolio® work?

You can add online accounts you hold at other financial institutions and service providers that you would like to view in Private Passport. These accounts appear with your Northern Trust accounts on the Financial Summary. More detailed data is also available for your My Passportfolio® accounts on the Profile, History, and Asset reports.

To add a non-Northern Trust online account using My Passportfolio®, simply select your financial institution or service provider where you have a banking, investments, credit card, loans, mortgage or rewards account(s). Next, enter the ID and password for that account. Passportfolio® will then obtain current balances and historical activity each night for these accounts and display it on the Financial Summary. For the most current information from your service providers, you can click Refresh Passportfolio® link on the Financial Summary.
