How can I request a copy of a cleared check / deposit ticket?
From Account Services:
- Click Request Check Copy link, the Request Check Copy window appears
- Select an account from the Accounts dropdown.
- Select Request Check Copy from the Go To dropdown.
- Click Go, the Request Check Copy window appears
- Complete the following fields to initiate your request:
The more information you provide, the better the chances of locating the correct image
- Select the Document Type: Check or Deposit
- Enter Check Number
- Enter or Select Date
- Enter Amount
- Enter Payee
- Enter Comments
- Click Submit Request, a copy of the request will appear in the Message Center Outbox
Note: For Northern Funds, select Delivery type: Mail or Fax, first.
