How can I request a copy of a cleared check / deposit ticket?

From Account Services:

  1. Click Request Check Copy link, the Request Check Copy window appears
  2. Select an account from the Accounts dropdown.
  3. Select Request Check Copy from the Go To dropdown.
  4. Click Go, the Request Check Copy window appears
  5. Complete the following fields to initiate your request:
    The more information you provide, the better the chances of locating the correct image

  6. Click Submit Request, a copy of the request will appear in the Message Center Outbox

Note: For Northern Funds, select Delivery type: Mail or Fax, first.
