What should I do if my transfer fails through QuickBooks?

Contact the Private Passport Help Center at 888-635-5350. The Help Center will need your transfer reference number to help resolve the problem. To obtain the reference number, sign on to Private Passport and go to the Transfer Status page. QuickBooks does not supply a transfer reference number.
