If you choose, you can remove (delete) an account that you aggregated (either from another institution or manually. Once deleted, this account will no longer be displayed in Net Worth Summary or Net Worth Details; therefore it will not be used to calculate your total net worth. All historical information related to the account will also be removed when the account is deleted.
Go to Settings -> Manage Accounts. All the existing accounts are displayed in a list in the Accounts tab.
Select Delete
Account from the drop-down list next to the account name. (The
Delete Account option will only be displayed for aggregated
accounts.)
A confirmation box will appear. Click OK to delete the account.
Note: Northern Trust accounts will automatically be removed from your profile 90 days after the account was closed. Your profile will be deactivated 90 days after the last Northern Trust account was closed.
