How do I delete Passportfolio® accounts?
You can delete accounts added using Passportfolio® at
any time. However, you have to delete an entire provider to remove accounts.
When you delete a provider, all account information, including historical
data, is deleted.
To delete Passportfolio® account(s):
- Under Financial Summary on the top menu, click Passportfolio®.
The Passportfolio®
page appears.
- Click the My Passportfolio® link. The page listing your Passportfolio®
providers and accounts appears.
- Locate the provider name you would like to remove from My Passportfolio®
and Private Passport.
- Next to the provider name, click the Remove link.
A confirmation message appears asking you to confirm that you want to
remove this provider and all associated accounts and history for this
provider. If you want to proceed with the removal, click Continue.
To remove a Passportfolio® Other Asset and Liability
account(s) from the Financial Summary:
- On the Financial Summary page, from the Go to... drop-down list box,
select Edit
The Edit Other Asset or Liability page appears.
- Under the inventory section, in the Del column, select the items to
delete.
- Click Delete.
The Verify Other Asset or Liability page appears.
- Confirm that you want to proceed with deletion. Click Delete.
The Financial Summary page appears.
To remove a Passportfolio® Portfolio with Holding account(s)
from the Financial Summary:
- On the Financial Summary page, from the Go to...drop-down list box,
select Edit.
The Edit Portfolio with Holdings page appears.
- Under the Holdings section, in the Del column, select the items to
delete.
- Click Delete.
The Verify Portfolio with Holdings page appears.
- Confirm that you want to proceed with deletion. Click Delete.
The Financial Summary page appears.
