How do I refresh My Passportfolio® account information?
Passportfolio® retrieves updated information for your
accounts nightly. Balances, transactions, holdings, and other information
from your service provider are updated for the prior business day.
For the most current information from your other service
providers, you can click Refresh Passportfolio
on the Financial Summary.

If you change the ID or password used to access your
Passportfolio® account on the service provider's Web site, you must
make the same change in Passportfolio®. You can change your ID or
password by clicking the Edit Access link next to the provider name
on the My
Passportfolio® page uner Passportfolio Provider & Account
Management. |
