My Passportfolio - What if I change my password at
another institution?
If you change the ID or password used to
access your account on the other service provider's Web site, you must make the
same change to the account access information in Passportfolio®.
To change the ID or password used for a Passportfolio® account:
- On the My Passportfolio® page, click the Edit Account Access link next to
the provider name.
- Enter your ID for the account.
- Enter and confirm the new password (the one currently
used to access your account at the other institution).
- Click Save.Passportfolio®
updates your account information. This make take a few minutes. When completed, a confirmation page appears.

If you have forgotten
the password for a Passportfolio® account, contact the financial
institution where you hold that account to reset or change your password. |
