What if my transfer fails through Quicken or Money?

Contact the Private Passport Help Center at 888-635-5350. The Help Center will need your transfer reference number to help resolve the problem. To obtain the reference number, sign on to Private Passport and go to the Transfer Status page. Quicken or Money do not supply a transfer reference number.
