How do I protect my information when using Quicken or Money?

Quicken allows you to set up two types of passwords. You can use a data file password to protect an entire Quicken data file or a transaction password that requires a password to make changes to a transaction prior to a specified date. Microsoft Money also allows you to protect your data file with a password.
