Can I "go paperless" for all my accounts?

The following statement types are currently available to ‘go paperless’ in Private Passport:

• Banking Deposit Statements*

• Loan Statements

• Trust and Investment Management Performance and Accounting Statements

*Exclusions for banking accounts include IRAs, Notices, accounts for which original checks are returned, and accounts where a statement copy is sent to an alternate address.

Note:  For banking deposit and loan joint accounts where the statement is sent to the same mailing address, when one account owner requests to stop receiving paper statements, the other account owner(s) will automatically stop receiving paper statements, regardless of whether they are Private Passport users.  The other owner(s) will not receive notification that they will no longer receive paper statements.

You can go paperless for both single account statements as well as combined statements. When going paperless for a statement, you are going paperless for ALL frequencies of that statement. In order to go paperless for trust statements, you must be an authorized statement recipient.

When you choose to go paperless for an account and/or a combined statement, it will take effect beginning with the next statement cycle for the specified account/combined statement.  Likewise, if at any time you choose to reinstate paper, it will take effect beginning with the next statement cycle.  If the next statement cycle date falls on a weekend, the statements are created the Friday before.

Note:  If you wish to have all new eligible accounts added to Private Passport in the future automatically be paperless, select the checkbox ‘Check here if you wish to go paperless for all future eligible account statements added to Private Passport.

Online statements can be viewed on the Statements & Documents page and will be available in Private Passport three to five business days after the statement ending date.  You will automatically receive an alert in Private Passport and an email notifying you that a statement is available.  Statements & Documents (as well as their statement inserts) are displayed in Private Passport in PDF format, therefore you must have the free Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.
