Can I switch back to paper statements?

Yes.  At any time, you can update your preferences on the Go Paperless page and start receiving paper statements in the mail again.  Simply uncheck the ‘Go Paperless’ checkbox next to the account / combined statement for which you want to start receiving paper again, and click Save Changes.  Your changes will take effect beginning with the next statement cycle for the specified account / combined statement.

Note: If you have gone paperless, and then you do not log into Private Passport at least once within 180 days, you will automatically start receiving paper statements again for your Trust, Investment, and Custody accounts (this does not apply to Banking Deposit accounts).  You will be required to re-accept Terms and Conditions again the next time you go paperless.
