How do I enroll in paperless statements?Paperless statement delivery preferences are set on the Go Paperless page. You can get to this page one of the following ways:
The Go Paperless page displays all accounts and combined statements that are eligible to go paperless. (In order to go paperless for trust statements, you must be an authorized statement recipient.) Follow these easy steps on the Document Manager page to go paperless: 1. Select the Go Paperless checkbox next to one or more accounts or combined statements listed (or ‘Select All’ to choose all accounts/combined statements listed). 2. If desired, select the checkbox ‘Check here if you wish to go paperless for all future eligible account statements added to Private Passport.’ 3. Click Next. 4. Read the Terms and Conditions and select I Agree. 7. Click Submit. 8. A confirmation page will be displayed. You will also receive a message in your external email address set up on your eDocuments alert. Note: You only need to accept the Terms and Conditions once. After that, you can simply make any changes and click Save Changes. When you choose to go paperless for an account and/or a combined statement, it will take effect beginning with the next statement cycle for the specified account/combined statement. Likewise, if at any time you choose to reinstate paper, it will take effect beginning with the next statement cycle. If the next statement cycle date falls on a weekend, the statements are created the Friday before. Online statements can be viewed on the Statements & Documents page and will be available in Private Passport three to five business days after the statement ending date. You will automatically receive an alert in Private Passport and an email notifying you that a statement is available. Statements & Documents (as well as their statement inserts) are displayed in Private Passport in PDF format, therefore you must have the free Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. |
