To initiate Local Tax withholding:
From the drop-down list box, select the appropriate Local Code.
Enter the correct flat withholding amount.
To not withhold Local Tax:
Fom the Local Code drop-down list box, select the Blank value.
Enter 0.00 in the flat withholding amount.
