To designate Marital Status and exemptions:

  1. Select Marital Status. Choose Married or Single.
  2. Enter the number of exemptions.
  3. If elected by the participant, enter an Additional Flat amount.

To designate a Flat Amount Only withholding:

  1. Select Withhold this Exact Amount.
  2. Enter the correct flat withholding amount.

To designate a Percentage Only withholding:

  1. Select Percentage Only.
  2. Enter the correct percentage.

To not withhold Federal Tax:

  1. Select Do Not Withhold.

To maintain tax withholding:

  1. From the left menu, under Tax Withholding, click Maintenance.
  2. Blank out the withholding election. This includes marital status and exemptions, flat amount, or percentage.
  3. Enter new withholding.
  4. Click Save.
