How do I change my password or reset a forgotten password? |
You can change your password when you sign on:
Go to northerntrust.com
Click on Forgot Password in the upper right hand corner of the page.
Enter the user ID.
Click Continue and answer the security questions presented.
Once authenticated, a temporary password will be provided.
The temporary password must be changed upon login.
