When are online statements available?
Online statements will be available in Private Passport three
to five business days after the statement
ending date.
You will automatically receive an alert
in the Alerts
Inbox, notifying you that a new online statement is available. You
can specify additional e-mail addresses where you want to receive this
alert. For more information, see How
do I have alerts sent to me via e-mail?

- Online statements are currently available for trust, brokerage, Northern Funds, Investment Management, and Securities Custody. Online statements for
banking accounts will be available in the future.
- You do not have to sign up for e-Documents. You will continue to receive statements, confirmations, and other materials by mail.
- To access statements online, you must be an account owner or
authorized statement
recipient.
- To view e-Documents, you must have the free Adobe
Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer.
