How do I save an online statement to my computer?
When you are viewing an online statement, you can click the
Save button on the Adobe
Acrobat Reader toolbar in the statement window. You can then select
where to save the file on your computer and edit the file name. You can
use the default file name or rename the file.
Once a statement PDF file is saved on your computer,
you can open the file whether or not you are online.

- Online statements are currently available for trust, brokerage, Northern Funds, Investment Management, and Securities Custody. Online statements for
banking accounts will be available in the future.
- You do not have to sign up for e-Documents. You will continue to receive statements, confirmations, and other materials by mail.
- To access statements online, you must be an account owner or
authorized statement
recipient.
- To view e-Documents, you must have the free Adobe
Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer.
