What if one of my accounts isn't listed?

The My Northern Trust Accounts page lists the accounts you have enrolled in Private Passport. If one or more of your accounts does not appear, you can click the Enroll link and submit the account number.

If you don't see an expected account, please note the following:

  • You may not automatically have access to your custodian, guardian, or trust accounts in Private Passport. You can request access to these accounts by clicking the Enroll link and submitting the account number.
  • Your CD accounts may not appear the first time you sign on, but will appear in Private Passport within the next business day.
  • Any new accounts that you open will automatically appear in Private Passport in 2-3 business days after the account is opened.
  • You can request access to family members' accounts by completing the Limited Power of Attorney form, available from the Account Services page.
