For assistance with Private Passport, contact the Private Passport Help Center in one the following ways:

  • In the U.S., call toll free 888-635-5350. Outside the U.S., call 312-557-5900.
  • Send a secure message from the Message Center.

For questions about your accounts, contact any member of your Northern team. Names and contact information are listed on the My Northern Team page.

  • The Private Passport Help Center will be unavailable on the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
