What if I forgot my Private Passport password?
If you have forgotten your Private Passport password, call the Private Passport Help Center to reset your password. In the U.S., call toll free 888-635-5350. Outside the U.S., call 312-557-5900.
For accounts you have added using Passportfolio®, contact the financial institution or service provider where you hold that account to reset or change your password.
