My Passportfolio® - What if I forgot my password at another institution?

If you have forgotten the password for your account at another institution, you must contact the financial institution or service provider where you hold that account to reset or change your password.

However, if the password for your account at the other institution is changed, you must make the same change to the account access information in Passportfolio®.

To change the ID or password used for a Passportfolio® account:

  • On the My Passportfolio® Accounts page, click the Edit Access link next to the account.
  • Enter your ID for the account.
  • Enter and confirm the new password (the one currently used to access your account at the other institution).
