How do I find
the Operating System (OS) on my mobile device?
Finding the version may
differ slightly in some devices, but the steps below should work
for almost all users.
iPhone
– click Settings,
then General, then
About. The Version
line contains your version of iOS. Blackberry
– go to the Options Menu,
then click About.
The OS version is listed in the third line, ex. v. 4.5.0.66.
Android
– press Home, press
Menu, press Settings, press About
Phone, then press Software.
The OS is listed as either Android Version or Firmware
Version. iPad-click on Settings,
then General, then
About. The Version
line contains your version of iOS.
