Alerts in Wealth Passport notify you about your Money Movement transactions. Any “system” alerts are automatically generated and are delivered to the Alerts Box within Wealth Passport.  

Note: You can also choose to receive alerts at an email address that you prefer. That address needs to be defined in Alerts.

Examples of Money Movement Alerts:

• The “Fed Reference Number” alert tells the client that they can view the Fed Reference Number in the transaction details.  

• The “Pending Approval / Cut-off Near” alert reminds the Approvers that there is a transaction awaiting approval.  This alert is sent one hour prior to cut-off.

• The “Expired Transactions – Failure to Approve” alert tells the Originator of the transaction that the transaction was not approved on time for processing.  

Cutoff Times

The Cutoff Times drop-down displays all cutoff times in alphabetical order by Transaction Type and are based on Central Time (CT).  You can access the list of cutoff times, as shown below, on the Transactions Home page and Pending Approvals page.  These cutoff times are the deadlines for you to submit the transaction for processing.  

In the case that a transaction requires your approval, these times still hold true – in other words, you would need to approve an Wire Out of Custody/Trust transaction by 3:50pm Central Time.
