Northern Trust provides "Advisor Access" to Private Passport -- You can allow your financial advisor, accountant, or another third party to view your account information within Private Passport.
To set up Advisor Access, both you and your advisor completes the Advisor Access Authorization form, which specifies which accounts the advisor can access. This form is available on the Account Services page. After you have submitted the Advisor Access Authorization form, both you and your advisor will receive an e-mail message and a confirmation letter, which includes Private Passport Master Agreement & Disclosure Statement.
The advisor will be assigned a separate Private Passport ID and password. Your advisor will have view-only access to only the accounts have authorized. You may be able to provide your advisor with the capability to request transactions on your behalf. For more information, contact the Private Passport Help Center at 888-635-5350.
Note that if you open a new account, you will need to complete another Advisor Access Authorization form to allow your advisor to access the new account.
