How do I get a stock quote?
You can quickly access stock quotes and other company information using the Quick Quote box in the left frame. Type a ticker symbol or company name, then click the Go button. The Quotes window appears with detailed price information, as well as company news, company background, and historical charts.
You can also get quotes by clicking a ticker symbol on the My Passport page or within a news story.
| Notes: | Quote information is delayed up to 20 minutes. Click the Exchange List link (at the bottom of the My Passport page) for the exact time delay for each exchange. To refresh the market prices, click the Refresh button at the top right of the My Passport page. The time zone for quotes and news is always Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). |
