What online statements are available?

Online statements are currently available for trust, brokerage, Northern Funds, investment management, and securities custody accounts. Online statements for banking accounts will be available in the future.

Online statements will be available in Private Passport three to five business days after the statement ending date.

Notes:
  • You do not have to sign up to receive e-Documents. You will continue to receive statements, confirmations, and other materials by mail.
  • You will automatically receive an alert in the Alerts Inbox notifying you that a new online statement is available.
  • To access statements online, you must be an account owner or authorized statement recipient.
  • To view e-Documents, you must have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer.

To view online statements:

  1. On the Financial Summary, select e-Documents from the Go To menu for an account.

    The e-Documents page appears, listing the available online statements.

    If online statements are not available for the selected account, the Statements page appears for you to request a statement copy.
    • To open an online statement, click its View link. The statement appears in a new window.
    • To print the statement, click the Print button on the Adobe Acrobat Reader toolbar.
    • To save the statement on your computer, click the Save button on the Adobe Acrobat Reader toolbar.

To request a statement copy:

You can request a statement copy be mailed to your for any account and any statement ending date.

  1. On the e-Documents page, click the link to request a statement.
  2. On the Statements page, select an account.
  3. Enter the statement ending date and any comments.
  4. Click OK to submit your statement request.
  5. Click OK to verify your statement request.
