How do I track market indices?
You can track a list of market indices in the Market Indices section on the My Passport page.
Use the Edit Market Indices page to choose the market indices you want to display, as well as the data to display for each index.

To get to a quote, chart, or market report for an index:
- Within the Market Indices section on the My Passport page, click the index
symbol to get a quote, chart, and market report for that index.
Information for the selected index appears in the Quotes window. - To view a historical chart for the index, click the Chart link (at
the top of the Quotes window).
- To view a market report for the index, click the Market Report link (at the top of the Quotes window)
To add, remove, and order indices:
- On the My Passport page, click the Edit button in the top right of the
Market Indices section.
The Edit Market Indices page appears. The indices that currently appear on the My Passport page are listed in the Select Indices: Selected list. - To add an index, select the index from the Select Indices: Available list,
then click the right arrow button to add it to the Selected list.
- To remove an index, select the index from the Select Indices: Selected list,
then click the left arrow button to remove it from the Selected list.
- To choose the order in which indices are displayed, click an index name
in the Selected list, then use the up and down arrows to order the indices
as you want them to appear (from top to bottom in the Market Indices section).
- To add, remove, or order the columns of data to display, select Narrow or
Wide from the Column Type list. Then, do any of the following:
- To add a column to display, select the column name, such as YTD (year-to-date),
from the Available list, then click the right arrow button to add it to
the Selected list.
- To remove a column of information from display, select the column name
from the Select Columns of Data: Selected list, then click the left arrow
to remove it from the Selected list.
- To change the order of columns, select the column name in the Selected
list, then use the up and down arrows to order columns as you want them
to appear (from left to right in the Market Indices section).
- To add a column to display, select the column name, such as YTD (year-to-date),
from the Available list, then click the right arrow button to add it to
the Selected list.
- Click at the bottom of the page. The My Passport page appears with your updated list of market indices.
