My Passportfolio® - What if my service provider isn't
listed?
If your service provider or financial institution is
not available in Passportfolio®, you can request to have it added. New
providers are added monthly. We will do our best to add your provider
to Passportfolio®. Please check back at a later date.
To request that a provider be added:
- On the
Passportfolio® page, click the List Providers link.
- Do one of the following:
- To list all of the available providers, select a category (Banking,
Investments, Retirement, or Credit Cards) and click Go. A list of
the providers in that category appears.
- To search for the name of your financial institution or provider,
enter one or more words in the provider name, then click Search. A
list of the providers that match your search criteria appears.
- If your provider is not listed, click the Request to Add Provider
link. The Request
to Add a Provider page appears for you to make your request.
- Complete the form and click Continue.
Note: You can keep track of your request on the My Passportfolio® page
under the Site Addition Request Status page.
