Can I be alerted about my bill payments?

If a bill payment fails for any reason, you will automatically receive an alert, notifying you that the payment was not processed (examples).

You can specify how you want your alerts delivered on the Delivery Options page. There are two types of delivery options you can set up for alerts:

  • Standard E-mail - Sends a detailed message with the alert information, and a link to sign on. Choose this option to have alerts sent to your home or office Internet e-mail address.
  • Wireless E-mail - Sends a brief message with the alert information. Choose Wireless E-mail to have alerts sent to your pager or cell phone.
