How can I stop receiving an alert?
If you no longer want to receive it, you can permanently
delete any alert that you have set up. Or, you can temporarily disable
a custom alert
by putting it on hold.
You will not receive that type of alert until you take it off
hold.
To put
an alert on hold:
- Click the Edit link in the Alert section (at the top of the left frame).
The My Alerts page appears.
- Click the Edit link next to the alert you would like to put on
hold.
- Under On Hold, select the "Do not send this alert" option.
- Click Save.
To permanently
delete an alert:
- Click the Edit link in the Alert section (at the top of
the left frame). The My Alerts
page appears.
- Select the Delete box for each alert you want to delete. You can click the
Delete All link to mark all alerts for deletion.
- Click OK. The Verify Changes page appears.
- To save your changes, click OK.
