e-documents availability alert

This alert will notify you when an e-Document, such as an online statement, is available in Private Passport for one or more of your accounts. You will automatically receive this alert in the Alerts Inbox notifying you that a new e-Document is available.

Notes:

Online statements are currently available for trust, brokerage, Northern Funds, Investment Management, and Securities Custody. Online statements for banking accounts will be available in the future.
You do not have to sign up for e-Documents. You will continue to receive statements, confirmations, and other materials by mail.
To access statements online, you must be an account owner or authorized statement recipient.
To view e-Documents, you must have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer.

Here is an example of how this type of alert would appear in the Alerts Inbox:

Your statement for Irrevocable Trust account number 0123456 is available. The closing date for this statement is 03/30/2006. To view your statement, click here.

Here is an example of how this type of alert would appear in a message sent to your Internet e-mail address. For security reasons, your account number does not appear.

Subject: Private Passport Alert - Your Irrevocable Trust statement is available

Northern Trust online statement(s) now available. Your Irrevocable Trust COOK MARY TR FBO JULIA - BOND statement is available. Visit http://www.northerntrust.com/privatepassport to view your statement.
