This page lists posted transactions for your account.
Transaction information is current as of the close of the previous business day.
Up to 18 months of transaction history is available.
To find specific transactions, you can filter and/or sort transactions
by dates, transaction type, or amount.
You can do the following:
To filter and/or sort transactions:
By default, the last 7 days of transactions are
displayed for the account. You can select any date range within the maximum
history available. You can also filter the list of transactions by
account, amount, or type.
- To find specific transactions, do any of the following:
- To change the date range for which to display transactions,
you can select Last 30 Days, Last 60 Days, or All Transactions,
or enter your own from and to dates.
- To display only transactions of a specific type, select a transaction
type in the Type drop-down menu. To view all transaction types,
leave All selected.
- To display transactions of a specific amount, select Equal
to, Less than, or Greater than, then enter a dollar amount. Enter
dollars, or dollars and cents using the format 0 or 0.00. To view
transactions of any amount, leave All selected.
- Click the Display button. The page refreshes to display transactions
that meet your selection criteria.
Note:
The beginning and ending balances for the selected
time period may differ from the dates you selected. These dates reflect
the last business day on which activity has posted.
To download transactions to
a spreadsheet:
You can download the transactions displayed on the
History page to a comma-separated
value (CSV) file which can be opened the file in a spreadsheet
application. Only information for the selected account(s) and date(s)
is downloaded.
- Click Download.
- Your browser may prompt you to open or save the file. Make your
selection, then click OK.
- If you choose to open the file, it will open in your spreadsheet
application.
- If you choose to save the file to disk, select a location on
your computer, change the file name if you like, then click Save.
You can then open the file in a spreadsheet application.
To view online images of
checks:
The check image enables you to view the front and back
of cleared items.
- Click View Image link next to the check you want
to view
Note: For items that images are not available at all in the
national image archive, a view image link will not appear.
- For available checks, the Check Image window
appears.
- Click Front/Back Image,
to view the front and back of the image.
- Click Front Image, to
view only the front of the image.
- Click Back Image, to view
only the back of the image.
- Click Zoom In, to make
the image larger.
- Click Zoom Out, to make
the image smaller.
- Click Reset Image, to
return the image to normal size.
- Close the Check Image window to return
to the History - Transaction screen.
- For unavailable checks, the Request Check Copy
window appears
- Enter Comments
- Click Submit Request,
the Request Check Copy Confirmation window appears
Note: A copy of the request will appear in the Message
Center Outbox.
- Close the Request Photocopy Confirmation
window to return to the History - Transaction screen.
Note: A complete 18 month history of
check images will be available nationwide 03/16/07.
