What is the Mobile Deposit Capture Service?

The service allows Private Passport users with eligible accounts to take a picture of a check and transmit it through their smartphone or iPad using the Private Passport Mobile app to make a deposit into their NT banking accounts.  The purpose of the service is to allow users an alternative, and often more convenient way, to make a deposit than visiting a branch, an ATM or mailing checks to be processed.
