Can I send a message to the Help Center?

Yes.  Click the Contact Us link in the top right corner of the page.  There are four message types:

• Change Address
• Account Inquiry
• General/Technical Inquiry
• Order Checks

Each message type has a custom form to be completed.  An email to your primary email address will be sent when a response is available in the Messages link.  Messages to and from the Help Center are stored for 90 days.
