Treasury Passport includes multiple levels of security:

• All information is encrypted (using 40- or 128-bit encryption protocol depending on the version of the browser used). The recommended browsers employ Secure Socket Layers (SSL) using Verisign as the certification authority, a standard in the industry which ensures that information arrives unaltered and protected from unauthorized access.
• To access the application, each user is required to sign on. To sign on, you must provide an organization ID, which is unique to your company, and a unique user ID and password. Passwords must be changed every 30 days.
