Transactions

The Transactions window appears all pending (unprocessed), processed, and rejected transactions for all plans that you are entitled to view according to security. The Transactions window is used to verify, modify and approve awaiting approval and pending transactions. Transactions can be approved or deleted individually or in mass. Awaiting Approval transactions that are 30 days old will be deleted.

To access the Transactions window:

  1. From the left menu, under Transactions, click View/Approve.
    The Transactions window appears listing all transactions awaiting approval.

To search for Transactions:

  1. On the Transactions window, enter the search criteria. Note To access additional search criteria, click Advanced Search.
  2. Click Search.
    The window will refresh with transactions that meet the search criteria.

To access the detail of the transaction:

  1. From the Transactions window, enter the Search criteria.
  2. Click Search.
  3. Click the Tran Type link of the transaction to view.
    The Transaction Detail window appears.
    Note To view EFT information, click EFT link from the Transaction window.

To approve one or more transactions:

  1. From the Transactions window, in the Status drop-down list box, select Awaiting Approval.
  2. Enter any additional search criteria needed.
  3. Click Search.
    The window will refresh with transactions that meet the search criteria.
  4. Select the box of the transaction or transactions to be approved.
    Note A maximum of 50 transactions can be selected at one time.
  5. Click Approve.

To unapprove one or more transactions:

  1. From the Transactions window, in the Status drop-down list box, select Awaiting Processing.
  2. Enter any additional search criteria needed.
  3. Click Search.
    The window will refresh with transactions that meet the search criteria.
  4. Select the box of the transaction or transactions to be unapproved.
    Note A maximum of 50 transactions can be selected at one time.
  5. Click UnApprove.

To modify a transaction:

  1. From the Transactions window, in the Status drop-down list box, select Awaiting Approval.
  2. Enter any additional search criteria needed.
  3. Click Search.
    The window will refresh with transactions that meet the search criteria.
  4. Click the Tran Type link of the transaction to be modified.
    The Transaction Detail window appears.
  5. Enter the necessary changes.
  6. Click Save.
    The Transaction window appears showing the transaction has been modified.
  7. Follow the Approval directions to approve the transaction.

To Delete one or more transactions:

  1. From the Transactions window, in the Status drop-down list box, select Awaiting Approval.
  2. Enter any additional search criteria needed.
  3. Click Search.
    The window will refresh with transactions that meet the search criteria.
  4. Select transaction/s to be deleted.
    Note A maximum of 50 transactions can be selected at one time.
  5. Click Delete.
