Payment Add - Installments

The Installment Payment consists of the following pages:

  1. Payment Distribution Type
  2. Payment & Taxability
  3. Mailing Instructions
  4. Tax Withholding

 

To Add an Installment Payment:

  1. From the left menu, under Payment, click Add.
    The Payment Distribution Type page appears.
  2. Select a distribution type.
  3. Click Next.
    The Payment & Taxability page appears.
  4. Enter information in appropriate fields.
  5. From the bottom of the page, click Mailing Instructions.
    The Mailing Instructions page appears.
  6. Enter the following information if needed.
  7. From the bottom of the page, click Withholding.
    The Tax Withholding page appears for only Distribution Type 13.
  8. Enter Tax Withholding information.
  9. Click Save.
    Message appears indicating a successful save.

To discontinue adding a payment:

  1. From the left menu, click any option before saving payment.
